Originally, the basement lacked a dedicated laundry space—appliances were simply placed in a corner. We built a fully enclosed laundry room featuring new plumbing, custom cabinetry, a new countertop, and a separating door for privacy and organization.

Custom Storage Room Framing with 45° Door

To maintain an open and airy feel, we framed out a new storage room while incorporating a unique 45° door design. This strategic layout preserves the basement’s openness while providing dedicated storage.

Heated Flooring Installation & Self-Leveling Process

A full heated flooring system was installed throughout the basement, followed by self-leveling of the floor to prepare for high-quality laminate flooring installation.

Mud Room Tiling & Refined Finishes

The mud room was completely tiled to create a durable, easy-to-clean surface that complements the remodeled aesthetic of the basement. The tiling provides both practicality and style for an area frequently exposed to dirt and moisture.

Laminate Flooring & Electrical Updates

The remaining areas of the basement received new laminate flooring, offering a clean, cohesive finish that complements the heated floor system. Additionally, the entire basement’s electrical system was fully updated to meet current standards and enhance safety.
